Pity the Lovers
The brothers Óskar and Maggi both long for love
but are seemingly doomed to stay single. Óskar
shies away from relationships but is secretly in love
with his childhood sweetheart, who is engaged
to another. Maggi floats from one relationship to
another, hoping that each is “the one”. In their
different ways, the brothers search for real intimacy
and explore the complexity of human relationships.
