Impact

Impact depicts the story of a horrific accident one fateful night on Christmas Eve in 1986 when an Icelandic cargo ship sank in the North Atlantic Ocean. 11 men were on board and five lived to tell their tale of 14 hour wait. Several nations assisted in the heroic rescue mission. In the end it was the Danish Coast Guard that saved the men. The cause of the accident was considered to be the cargo despite rumors of submarine in the area at the time of the accident.
